Villa Gran Vista was so amazing!!! House is even better in person than in the pictures. Amazing views from every angle and so close to town so getting to dinners, etc was a breeze. The concierge with the house was beyond hands on and got us rides or anything we needed in very short notice. Would 100% go back to this beautiful house. We also booked a boat through them which was another amazing experience. Julie was a great host and her staff through CaboVillas was also incredible.

We had a mom’s trip and stayed at Gran Vista. Having our own pool, everyone in their own bedroom and bathroom was such a luxury. Fortuno came in and cooked for us and everything was delicious and it was amazingly relaxing to not have to think about it. We did the in house massages too, they were excellent. I think the trip exceeded everyones expectations and could not have been more relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful place indoor and out! The fact there are 7 bedrooms all with king beds and their own ensuite all over looking the ocean makes this place a fantastic experience for all. The beautiful pool with swim up bar and hot tub with gorgeous ocean views also was truly enjoyed daily. The staff, the stay and the home was all excellent! Definitely highly recommended!!

Our stay at Villa Gran Vista exceeded our expectations. The house has one of the best views of the sea in Pedregal and we were able to watch whales spouting every day. It's in a safe, gated community that is walkable to a gorgeous (unswimmable) beach. We were a group of 14 and used all 7 bedrooms. Each bedroom was ensuite and had the same gorgeous view, plus access to outside. Like many of the homes in this area, it is build into a cliff, meaning that living is on three floors. There is one bedroom on the main floor. Three bedrooms are on the middle floor and three on the bottom. Our group was fine with this, but the stairs could be a challenge for some. Cabo Villas Staff was outstanding. Our concierge was available 24/7 and arranged for cars, golf and pickleball. Nato, who lives on site, is and AMAZING cook and so kind/helpful. His meals were excellent- fresh, affordable, punctual and accommodating to allergies. The house was thoroughly cleaned, daily. We loved our stay.

The house was AMAZING! Highly recommend for large groups. Perfect location, beautiful views, the on site staff was great and they cooked delicious food!
