From the time we walked through the door we were in awe of this property. So beautiful, amazing view, wonderful staff. The Chef Mac and Diego were superb. Request them if you need Chef Service. You won’t go wrong on renting Villa Chavez!

Villa Chavez was absolutely incredible. Everything about this property is magnificent and the interior is open.It’s so clean and comfortable, with accommodations for many. The view of the entire harbor and city of Los Cabos, especially while lounging in the huge pool and hot tub with a swim up bar, feels like a resort. Can’t say enough about the recommended chef Brian whose service and food was exquisite! My family and I will certainly return for this delightful and relaxing vacation in paradise.

Perched on the exclusive hillside of the private Pedregal community, this oasis was more than our friends and family could have dreamt of for our vacation! The property boasts stunning panoramic views of Cabo’s oceanside, beautiful bedrooms and entertainment spaces for a large family or gathering. Situated minutes from the beach, town, restaurants, shops and local activities! Entering the property takes ones breath away and you are immediately suspended in vacation mode! The sprawling spaces offer poolside bar and cabanas, alfresco dining, enormous floor to ceiling views from living spaces and bedrooms. We slept in comfort, awoke to ocean views, sunbaked and splashed in their infinity pool overlooking the beach, took advantage of the tennis courts, game room, movie theatre and did a spot of Karaoke. During our stay we hired their recommended private chef and butler that made meals such as treat. Eating locally and satisfying the needs of some picky little eaters. I’d highly recommend the breakfast spread with killer French toast! The dinner steak and farm to table salsas were divine! Don’t even get me started on the cocktails, but sipping them poolside was such a treat!! If you are a kitchen body like myself their kitchen has all the amenities to get your coffee brewing, your margaritas blended and a chef’s kitchen with all the kitchen wear to whip up or serve a huge family meal! The amenities are much like those of a hotel resort and come with additional touches of home such as games and pool toys! We would be back in a heartbeat! Thank you Villa Chavez for an amazing stay in Cabo!

We did a joint bachelor/bachelorette party in Cabo and Cabo Villas helped us arrange villas, transportation, catering, spa services, event rentals. Everything was amazing from the food to the service to the houses. I would 100% recommend their services.

My entire experience from start to finish with Cabo Villas was amazing. Kimberly Ruthe my Cabo specialist was so kind and very patient she took her time and found us the perfect property to celebrate my mother's 60s birthday. Kimberly was very prompt with answering questions, returning calls and responding to emails. She kept me informed on specials and promotions that were happening at that time. Villa Chavez was absolutely breathtaking. Pictures do this property no justice and it has plenty of activities to do on property. Pablo, our Concierge, was so helpful from setting up our transportation to and from our excursion to making sure we had everything we needed in our villa. Catherine Preston from Cabos catering made sure every meal we had was on point. She took her time going over different meal options that would match our budget. I would definitely recommend Cabo Villas and Villa Chavez to anyone traveling with a large group.
